You know hot chocolate, but have you met its much cooler cousin; Cold Cacao?
For this simple recipe you'll need the below ingredients
- 1 cup water (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp Pascati Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar or your sweetener of choice
- ¼ cup Cold Milk
- Mint sprig to garnish
Take a cup of water and add 2 tablespoons & sugar and allow to brew overnight (prefered option). If time is of the essence, then thoroughly mix water, cacao powder & sugar.
Pull out a tom collins or a high-ball glass and add ice. Pour over you cacao mixture and cold milk. Garnish with mint sprig. Adjust sweetness and sip away!
